Help Axle Seal!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am putting a new axle seal in my 97' and yep U guessed it, it is the one on the long side that is half way in the axle tube and I have been through 3 axle seals and cant do this I am just done with it! I need to know if anyone knows where to get this done any ideas this can kiss my :shake:.
