MB diesel swap into ranger?

I thought about swapping a mercedes diesel into my ford ranger truck. I have noticed that there is several companies online that sell swap kits for the MB into a toyota or jeep.....none make parts for a ford swap.

Does anyone know of a company that makes the conversion parts for a Ford ranger truck?

My ‘84 came from the factory with a 4.135 Perkins and a Mazda 4-speed. Best little work truck I ever had. Still have it but she’s been retired. Got tired of welding in new floor pans.
 
I don't know about kits, but I know of several people who have swapped Mercedes diesels into their F150 trucks.
