Thats probably a matter of opinion some would say it spools great others might disagree it probably won't light till 1800-2000rpm with the right converter or the right driving technique probably be lots of fun but far from the fast spooling of a stock charger. I'd probably go with a .90 the only trucks I've been in with an s467 had the .90 and were CR 5.9s they ran good but very tough to get going when rpm is low.

I had the .90 s467 on my 12v with 5x12s on a 5 speed. I have a video on YouTube, just type in s467 cummins.

I thought it spooled nice with a manual valve body, 5x.018s and a slightly looser than stock converter. I made 700 with a stock lift pump on this setup. 834 on spray.

I have an 06 5.6 6 speed s465 83mm T4 1.0 , stock cam 100hp injectors and 10mm pump. Spools at an idle, it'll light at 1,500rpms easy I wish I went with a 1.10ar but I don't mind a slight lag

well ya a cr head flows a lot better then a 12v head... i run an s467.7 fmw with race cover on my 6.4 powerstroke with a 275hp street tune and it spools well. but that flows a lot better then a 12v cummins so it's apples to oranges...
