Thanks for the info. I'm about to have a machine shop laser cut several of the T6 flanges out of stainless to make hot pipes. Would anyone else be interested in getting a few of the flanges? The more I get, the cheaper they'll be.

Print one out first to make sure it matches your turbo. I have a stack of scrap stainless CR exhaust port flanges that were a little too small.

I plan on it. I also plan to have them cut one out of a thin piece of mild steel just to be certain. The laser can cut up to 3/8" stainless. I believe that should be plenty thick enough. They'll face it afterwards to make sure it's flat. Anyone think differently?

Does anyone have the dimensions for the HX 40 half Marmon to weld into a downpipe?

Can one of you guys merge a T6 and T4 flange into one DXF for me? I am trying to learn Librecad and either I'm not good enough or there is a glitch in the software.

Draftsight.com works very well. Can only work in 2D but very nice for a free software. And it will open all .dwg files unlike most free applications.

edrawings is also another free download available on solidworks website. It should view almost any 2D drawing as well and as far as I know, still free to download.

Does anyone happen to have a drawing of the deck of a 5.9 block? I'd like to try to make a torque/hone plate on my bridgeport. While I could measure my block it would save time if someone already had a file drawn. Thanks

Was a brief project of mine a year or two ago. Nobody within 200 miles seemed to have a torque plate to use on my build... Built the engine anyway caveman style.
Would still like this file. Might be useful for DIY deckplate.
