12v injector fuel feed enlarging

I am looking to enlarge the feed passage in the injector body and intermediate disk. Since the disk is hardend steel a carbide bit will be needed. The body isn't as hard. Can some one help me out on drill bit size and tips on drilling the two? At what size of injector would enlarging the feeds would be beneficial?
