New truck project

Well I finished the truck Thursday at 230 am and headed to rudys at 430 am on 2 hours of sleep truck and trailer were flawless. Got down there and ran 7.0 at 104 on the first pass, truck nosed over at half track but still happy. Truck hydro locked in the pits and we called it a day. I don't think the rings are cut perfect for crush or something . Going to swap to 14mm and take the block back to the machine shop. Hoping it's not a crack that I am missing. So that said the 625s are forsale for 700 shipped. Will work with people on price.

I would also like to thank firepunk anteater for coming on board as a sponsor and helping get the truck down the track.Click the image to open in full size.Click the image to open in full size.

Thanks for all the kind words. The truck is torn apart checking the block and rings over again. Going to take the head apart to
Make sure nothing is cracked ect but all looks good hard part wise. Rings don't have crush still. Hoping to figure it out and race Wednesday. Also think my Dually killed a Dana 80 or something back there sounds metallic. Going to tear into that this weekend. If that's the case I need a new tow rig for the weekend. Don't have time to find a a swap a Dana 80

Who's fire ring gasket? I run Haisleys and no problems. However I don't see over 50psi boost with my setup

I see. I was thinking of it like my issue. I think I blew the gasket on mine because the rings sit too high, but I have ORings.
Regardless, please keep us updated! The truck looks mean.
