In need of HELP ASAP

My 01 h.o. cummins with a six speed is just not pulling and i dont know why. It is a 6speed with quad adrenaline, 200 horse DDP injectors, Water Meth, Air dog 150, Twin charger set up and it just seems to fall on its face when I pull. I got 3.55 gears and 35" mud t/a tires and I can get my charger to light and as soon as i let the clutch out all the way it just dogs to nothing. Im slipping it out for a good 30 feet. I am pulling 4th gear lo and thought that this should be good for my power but im just lost as to why it wont hook. Tried 33" mud t/a s tonight and same story. By 100 feet it just dogs out. Is third gear the answer or whats the deal. Any help appreciated. By the way Im getting about 40 pounds of boost before i let the clutch come in all the way and on the street no load i can run 65psi wot no problem and the charger lights real good. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!
