used one summer on a duramax pull truck. never saw any road miles. was able to spool it with a normal 1400rpm stall converter. never saw anything higher than 75psi back pressure. bolts right up to the turbo, no mods needed. exhaust flange is built into the housing. 3 retainers to clamp to turbo come with. pm or email me at moss022@yahoo.com
