Not enough fuel IMHO, the RV injectors are a nice little upgrade for a stock vehicle. Look around and you can find a used set of stage 3 or 4's for about the same money and be a lot happier.

02 ETH 6spd
DDP 200+ hp sticks
Silver bullet turbo
Smoke- alot when you lug it or hammer the pedal before boost, if you roll into it you can hit full boost and power with a slight haze
Heat- cant get it to go past 1500 at all, when it hits 50psi the temps drop back down to below 1400 and it is SCOOTING down the road by then.

*2002
*Jammer 4, 125HP
*II Phat Shaft 62/14

*Smoke is definately controllable, I pull 20K trailers with little smoke on level 2 with low boost fuel turned down but on the other hand, bobtail I can got to 5-5 and kill mosquitoes with the best of them.

*Heat is of no concern to me. I never push my truck as hard as some of you guys so I don't think I have ever crossed the 1350 mark for EGT. I monitor my gauges like a hawk and always back out. I don't know if I could ever make 1500F, this turbo cools great. Usually with cruise set on 70 mph hauling 12K of steers plus truck and trailer (about 24 to 26K gross weight) my EGT read 1050 to 1100 across the state give or take for hills.

*Good injector for decent power increase and maybe a little hot for towing, but not bad if you watch it. I'm going to try a set of Jammer 5's and I'll post my differences when I get 'em.

01 Auto

Industrial Injection Dragon Flow 11 hole EDM 200+hp

Phat Shaft 62/12

Slight haze at idle and while driving. Definately need twins to get the most out of these injectors. Constant stream at WOT. Fairly easy to drive around even with a smarty and tight auto.

EGT's peg at 1500* and probably hit close to 1800* by the end of a 1/4 mile

Good injector for lots of power and smoke. Dropped 1.5 sec in the 1/4 going from BD 155's and I can now shut down a 4 lane highway.

01' 2500 6-speed (Buit the motor with out the H.O. pistons)
7x.018 with drag comp and Schied Hot rod VP44 and cam
5x5 Turbonetics HP-72mm Midframe with 1.00 A/R Turbine hsg 1320 deg at WOT.......Sled pulling and dyno same temp
Smoke From idle to full throttle, Complete freeway stopper.

On a more mild side I also have Diesel dynamics 50hp injectors and a Turbonetics HP-66 S-trim with a .70 A/R divided turbine hsg and I can tow 11,000 lbs on 5x5 with drag comp and will only see 1350 deg on the pyro and it smokes pretty good while comming up on boost but completely clears up at full throttle.

I have a set of 7X12's and they throw down some decent numbers. With the box turned up 5X5 style it will cloud out a intersection real-well!...
The guys at www.bigpowerdiesel.com will hook you up with a set for a real good price.

One thing to add to the list, mileage....

99 SO auto
Htt 64/12
Don's 4.5s
Smoke lugging/off boost=black clouds duh..
WOT 1/4 mile runs with TST Comp. on 7 = a good haze and egts 1650-1725 depending on weather conditions.
Highway cruise= 650-800 flat and empty, hills 900-1100.
Mileage = 16-17.5 around town driving 18-19.5 highway staying below 75 mph.

01 auto DTT
Mach 6's
sp66/14
drag comp
RASP

with this set-up the local weather man will change the forecast

with a tight converter, box on 2x1 it's hard not to smoke no matter how soft you drive

power is awesome with everything on kill

idle is better then stock sticks

12 hr ride home from Indy running 70+mph got 18.5 hand calculated

What's a good set of injectors for a fairly stock truck that will smoke a good little amount without getting too hot on the stock HY35.

02 ETH
Mach 4 150 hp
Phatshaft 64/14
smoke below 1400 rpms with enough load, lots of smoke when mashing the throttle, normal roll ons produce a poof then a haze
No egt issues 1350 max
Cruise is on average the mph x 10 so 750 @ 75
No problems towing, but haven't had a heavy load

I was rolling 70 mph up a 9% grade on time and looked over at egts and literally laughed when I saw it reading 900-950

01 ETH
MACH 5.8ish
Twins HX40E over GT42-02

Around town light haze till 1700, then it clears up.

Under 1700 not all that bad

WOT box on or off (Blue Chip Blue Box) coal black till the twins light, then it greys out.

Box off, no EGT problems EVER.

Box on, EGT hits~1300 @ 60 psi

cruise at 70 mph: 650F and 8 psi

Tows well (with twins, a single would suck)
