i bought a PPE from a guy on ebay... he didnt run the VIN unlock so i sent it back to him to do so... got it back and still said VIN mismatch... called dude and he said something about a smarty... called Jeff Garmon and he said dude probly set the PPE back to stock without unlocking... then loaded the smarty... so now the PPE is no good as dudes truck will never go back to stock... im working this out with him now but i need a price on getting it reflashed and figure yall could help out the most here on a price so i can send a invoice to the seller for what you all would charge and get this thing back up and going... thanks for the time!
