Ok I am stumped my 96 nv4500 truck's speedo is off by 7 mph pretty much as soon as I move all the way through 70. I show 17 at 10 and 77 at 70. That is not a wrong speedo gear or tire size issue as those would be ratio based error. Right ? How do I fix this thing? __________________ 1996 3500 4x4 5spd 1991 D350 5spd
