i think im being handled

well i called the local pump shop here in norfolk, and asked them about my p-pump...i told them that i did the gsk, d/v, 370's, and 0 plate and asked him what it flowed...and if he could get more if i took the pump off...and he said that the max flow with those pumps are 150cc unless you get bigger plungers, and he said that im at the max with it...i said i would like 400-500 cc of fuel and he laughed and told me that thats tractor pullin fuel...and then i asked him about the rack and if it would help if i got a deeper plug on the front to make th rack more...he said no...so basically he told me that i am at its max unless i get bigger plungers and barrels...any body agree or disagree...

its the 180 by the way...thanks

You can easily get 400-500cc out of your 180 pump. Call another shop.

A buddy had his 180 pump bench tuned at a local Bosch shop not long ago with his 100 plate and got 418 cc of fuel and max rack (with his plate in). I think he had his 191 DVs in, though. But they'll do it easy.
