I dont believe that there is any harnesses hooked up to the injectors, but I will double check if there is.

Thanks for your help,

Back to the Diamond Eye subject. I've looked and looked and can't find a Stainless option in a 5" turbo back for my 2011. Or 2004.5-2007. Do they make a stainless exhaust at all?

Not the expert but as long as you have some other way of monitoring EGT's, fuel pressure, and boost they would be okay IMO.

I do hear of people wanting to upgrade to the Mini Maxx all the time though so it might be smarter to start off with it.

I agree with Diamond Eye Exhaust. I've been using them for a few years now and for the price, you can't beat em. If my warehouse doens't have them, I go with MBRP.

Smarty Jr's are the cheapest, and do well for the non performance people. If you want adjust on the fly, go the mini maxx route.

Ohh I did not know that. Might be looking at the mini maxx then like you said. My boss would like to be able to change to tow mode with the push of a button.

Thanks for the help.

Not really. All of them leave a foot print. Erasing your key counts and speed limiters and other traceable values.

It won't keep your warranty but I'm pretty happy with the mods I've done (in signature)

some stealerships will recomend the deletes. others will void your warranty. my dealer ship in oklahoma who i use recomended me to do the deletes. while still honoring my warranty no problem. so its hard to say about keeping your waranty you never know how they react to it.

There's a small amount of delete friendly dealers around. Usually it's the ones who understand they are a private business unowned by Chrysler. They legally can work on any make of vehical out there. But most choose not to for some reason or another. And Chrysler reimburses the shop to do warrenty work and parts.

Did you honestly think removing the muffler would Benifit you??

If you make or buy some dummy sensor sims for the egt probes then you can physically remove all the exhaust and run straight 4" or 5". Check engine will be on and it may ding at you constantly but you can remove the cat/NOx/DPF. It won't gain much. You can also add an MP8 or that type of chip/module. Nothing that reprograms your truck. Just modules that plug in under hood.

With the stock VGT turbo on these things it will Never sound like a normal Cummins with an exhaust..

I just did deletes, H&S MiniMax, and Turbo back exhaust on my 2012. Other than a little weird sounding "Hisss" when you start it up, It's still very quiet to drive (Inside and Out)....

Actually my kit removed all the CAT's, Nox, DPF, but left the stock "So called" muffler in place..When in reality it's more of a resonator and not a muffler.

Its drives a lot better now though...And you CAN hear it a good bit with the factory Exhaust Brake kicks on though...Kind of a weird squeeling sound...

If you get in the throttle hard, the exhaust note sounds pretty decent though...Still not real loud though...Which I like...My '12 is to be kept nice and quiet... My 07 is the Toy now..
