47rh swap into Ford

Hey guys, I just started my project. I noticed on the stock F150 transmission, when in Park, the transmission shift lever is all the way rearward, and the column shifter pulls the lever forward to cycle through the gears, but in the dodge 47rh, it’s the opposite. That would mean that on my shift column, P=1, R=2, N=Drive, and so on. How do I go about solving this issue?

What year truck? On my 77, I cut the column and re-welded it 180* out. It reverses the pull on the transmission linkage.

The 47RH should be in park when completely rearward. The lever moves towards the torque converter end when shifting from P-R-N-D-2-1.
