04.5 Cummins 5.9 to 6.7 swap

I have a 04.5 Dodge 3500 with the late version of the 5.9, 600 series, and is needing rebuilt due to excessive blowby. Instead of rebuilding the 5.9 in the truck I am wanting to put a 6.7 Cummins in it's place. Any thoughts as to what all I will need to change to the 6.7 long block or programming of ecm?
