You could give 36/14.5 sts a try. I hear they hook rather well for a srw truck.

I run the 15.50 MTZ all the way around and have great luck with them.

I was told the ur tire can be 3.5 inches wider than ur wheel. Is that true?

Yes it is. I have ran a 13" wide tire on a 9" wheel witjout issues. Heck tjere are even guys with duals running 12.5's on the 6" wide wheels
