Do you have a link? I've been looking on the PPE website and can only find their electronic lift pumps.

The PPE is made by Essex Industries, so is the Edelbrock 1792, just add a National 350435 seal and they are identical. The downfall of these pumps, is the motor as it does not have an induction hardened shaft.

What HP will they support and for how long? I'm wondering about that shaft?

I use the FASS 150/150 and i love it. It runs 599.00. The PPE is a good pump too but you dont get the extra filters. Those pumps are 250.00. Thanks.

The PPE in my truck has supported 560+hp, 12.04 1/4mi., and will hold 25,500 rail durring a 1/4mi pass. It has alot to do with the tune you are running as well. It's only running when needed, so im sure it will last a long time.

We have taken the PPE 1792 up to 670. I believe it would support more if needed.
The PPE is going to be a little louder then others but cant really beat the price.

Like Wicked stated shaft is a concern and seals if your in an enviroment that see's winters and road salt. Pumps can be rebuilt.
Other wise we really like what we have been seeing out of the AirDog and Raptor pumps.

That hard line install looks really good!

I too agree the PPE pumps are good if you live in a good enviroment. We have cold winters here and my PPE pumps couldnt hold up to the ice cold fuel.
