I just want to give a very big thank you to George and all the people at suncoast transmissions. George went above and beyond what most aftermarket company's would do in my situation. We have had one of there suncoast stage 5 trans in out pulling truck for 5 years now and not a minutes trouble. Again thank you very much guys for helping us out. Will be using you again in the future.
 
Brad you have had better results than i have had i waited 4 months for parts and when i got them they was damaged had to wait another week.Some othe the chittest customer service i have ever had!

Same parts i talked to u about earlier Omega stuff which was promised before TS and 2 weeks later and still waited 4 more weeks after that.
Only to find out a guy localy bought supposely first 2 omega kits and his didnt make it a mile from the shop.
kinda makes me want to ship this junk back!
 
The OM3GA kits have been around much longer than they've been available to the general public and are holding up just fine, i'd check your sources.

Rome WAS built in a day, remember?? Send it back I'll be glad to swap the parts in mine and not have to wait for custom one-off parts.

Why advertise parts you cant produce in a week. but to be told time and time again that i will have the parts soon and only for them to never show. To top it off the parts are thrown into a box only to be damage when i finally do get them
no matter how u put it its still chitty customer service.My sources are suncoast dealers
 
At the end of the day you can't please everyone, something's got to give.

I've yet to hear of an OM3GA failure and anyone with a premier performance account can be a suncoast "dealer" so unless you've got specifics the BS flag is raised.

To the OP, glad you had a great experience, cant wait to help you out again!

I've been deployed for 6 months and havent been at the shop in 7 months, not sure what you're expecting nor at this point do I care. Had you come to me about the issue I could have at least tried to call and get a straight answer but... you're on your own. I have no idea why your parts were delayed or why they were damaged in shipment but I'm not going to make excuses or apologies for something that I don't know about and have no control over.

when i talked to about getting david penn # u told me u was deployed i am not directing this towards u i am directing this towards david and ron. This was my 1st and last time i will ever deal with suncoast
David respose when i called "You will have ur parts a week before TS i promise"
David week of TS wont anwser my calls
Ron at TS "we had a problem with some machining of the shafts u will have them in 2 weeks " not a problem
Ron 3 weeks later " i am boxing up ur parts now"
parts arrive damaged parts was thrown in a box no packaging
wait another week
 
Cool, apologies on my original reply, felt like I was getting attacked....

I'm here brother, use me.. I'm not at the shop but I can at least poke them in the eye and get a straight answer for you... are the parts you've got useable from the shipping damage or do they need to be swapped or what?

I have new parts now. The parts sent damaged was imput shaft and piston the pump was not damaged. The piston was beat up pretty bad. The shaft maybe able to be cleaned up and used but for the price i paid i was not gonna have to work on filing a brand new shaft. .
If they just told me hey the parts are at a machine shop and we are working on it I would have been fine with that.
Its when i get the run around that pisses me off

I understand the run around and hate it when I get the same thing but if anything understand it's been an extremely hectic summer for those guys back at home.

I can't see the pic, uncle sam internet blocks photo hosting sites.. but you're squared away now, got the parts you need?
