i just purchased a 2009 dodge cummins 2500 6 speed it has a h&s tuner im really wondering whats the best way too go performance wise such a tuner efi live etc

EFI is better than H&S. you are on the right track.

it came with the h&s but it doesnt seem like it has alot of power

I recently switched to efi from h&s. it is a night and day difference.
