They might be, but the lack of mentioning exhaust housing and turbine wheel size is what screws everything up.

He'd have a much better setup especially with going to compounds later by using a smaller secondary.
 
I will not be able to pull with this truck at all due to sanctioning rules it will not be ever made to be competitive at least, and when it would be I'd have compounds instead. My biggest issue is the deal of having a setup that I can use on a 12mm and eventually at 13mm pump.
 
i run a billet 66/74/16 with only 131's 480cc 175pump and edm'd 200hp 8 hole nozzles spooling at 2k, just changed my driving habit a bit. wasnt built for dd but when my car died i didnt have a choice and was surprised how well it ran after i cut the fueling back, just my $.02
