WFO ALL THE TIME
I have a 12 valve Cummins ATS exhaust manifold with a H2 type flange that was done by Keating Machine to come straight out instead of 45 degree.It was done like this for twins but could hang a single off of it.
$300 + Shipping.
Just the manifold sells for $570 with the H2 flange.

I'm doing the exorcism in Chris's Super Duty to a 12V.The 3 piece is drilled and tapped individualy for egt probes per cylinder.H2E flange faces straight out.
