need help

hi i got a 95 chevy 6.5 turbo with 5 speed... it wont start but it will turn over. glow plugs also wont light up. i have change the pmd on it. then it started and ran for like 15 min then died, but when i turned the key it started up a gain then died a hour or so later... now i did put a new glow plug relay on it and still no wait to start light . but i can jump the relay light turns on but still dont start. i am getting fuel to the injection pump but it acts like it not getting fuel ,,, so i lost ,,,,
