16v92 Detroit - Competition Diesel.Com

I have 2 16v92 detroits that need rebuilt, 1 is complete, the other is missing the turbos, does anyone know what turbos they have? The complete one has Garretts on it but I can't make out any numbers on them anywhere.

They usually have large TV series turbochargers. Some had TW and some were updated to a GTA style charger. More than likely TV series. Possibly TV92. Snap a picture on the ones you do have or shoot me a serial number and I can help you figure it out. We just did a pair for an 8v and they were TV81 based.

Are they water cooled and do they have a nut or a boreless wheel?
