This is my spare. It's the exact same size as the one I ran. That turbo is still on my truck in the Twin setup. This turbo is brand new rebuilt. The only difference in them on the than this one being fresh is it has a .68 housing (mine is .81) and this is a liquid cooled unit.....my center section is air cooled.

.68 housing sounds like a gasser turbo.

when I first bought the turbo I ran a .68 housing...bumped up to .81 to slow it down and run with out my wastegate. They start at .58 and go to .96 4 dif options.

How did it spool with that A/R? What was drive pressure?

It spooled very quick. Made around 50lbs boost/ drive pressure was around 70psi. I ran a wastegate with the .68 housing swapped to .81 housing and capped waste gate. 55lb boost and around 60lbs drive that way. very efficient turbo. all done with current fuel mods in sig

What rpm would it start to spool and when would it actually light up?

On my vp it started making boost around 15-1600 rpm ready to go around 2000-2200. I had 200 hp injectors fyi
