As the title says i am a newb to the dodge community. i just recently bought a 1998 dodge 2500 5.9 turbo diesel. i also own a 1999 f-250 7.3 turbo diesel. but i felt it was time to step up to a vehicle that would take me down the drag strip faster than my ford could. best in my ford is a 15.30. that was on the stock fuel system and hpop. 135cc injectors. should be in the 14's somewhere now but i am done tweaking the ford. time to tweak a dodge now. this particular truck i purchased came with a built 5.9. has all kinds of goodies. i know some of them but not all of them and i will pry butcher whats in the truck trying to name them. voodoo trucker on this site is the mastermind behind the motor. currently has a dtt transmission in it with a new suncoast converter coming to replace the one in it. is much to tight for drag racing. can't get the turbo lit til 3rd gear.
