Grille build

Lay up yesterday and de-mold today This is the grille and the headlight plugs, the plugs will make the inside or the headlight bucket.

De molded today and here's the parts all three stages pattern,mold, & headlight bucket
I have do a build up for a 3/16'' slot all around for the lens to fit in next.

This is awesome man! You might have the first 2nd gen with a 4th gen bumper that I actually like!

What do you do for a living? It seems like you definitely know what you're doing when it comes to this grill/headlight stuff.
 
On to the lens using tape and cardboard to build a box around the HL

next fill the box with foam
