I can't unlock H&S mini Maxx MCC with there unlock code!

I purchased the MCC unlock 8 days ago (jan 19th ).and received the code but it will not unlock the mini max. I followed the instructions and the PDF instructed to contact H&S technical support after several attempts to enter the license key that was emailed, for MCC unlock.
key keeps coming back incorrect.
H&S mini Maxx and I also updated the card today. with the H&S updater

sure you got the right code? if you sent the vin over with 1 number off the code will be off
who did you buy it through id contact them

H&S...... I just saw the the VIN has "AEA" in the number and the email of the VIN has "EAE".......

well there ya go
