ntpa rule book

Can someone with a ntpa rule book post the engine rules for the mini modified class.

That's the worst part about NTPA, is they're about the only organization that does not post their rules online, and force you to buy their rule book. Yeah it's only like $7, but if you don't have it with you, and you have a question or wanna check something out, you can't just pull it up on your phone..

it seems mini modified rules are rather vague I was just curious if ntpa is the same way.
