well the pull was allright i got 5th but had a crappy run clutch wouldnt release and was runnin on 7 cylinders shouldve been easily in the top 2 only made 18lbs of boost had to drop a gear and tacked out at 60 ft! as people say "good run for a ford" but this isnt ur average ford were in it to win it.

dont worry i dont expect people to think a ford can run at the top. all im saying is i know whats under the hood i know what it can do its just matter of time till we put the peices together. So for all the ford critics make sure u come to some pulls!

I hate to inform you also but you can't run with Amos either (these days).
I am not trying to hate just trying to be honest about things.
I can't run with him either! I might be a good 10' back or so when everything averages out.
Not trying to start a war but I have pulled against your truck also....we both got full pulls. You didnt come back for the pull off.

What was wrong with the clutch? You were able to hold it released to get the rpm up in the hole twice, and at the end of the track it released plenty well to let you get it out of gear and be pulled back to exit the arena. It appears in the video that you were also able to ride the clutch a few feet before you gave up on the big gear and dropped down.

I would'nt consider anything we did last year our "A" game-especially not Tampico-we only had two gears.
Tomac-that was the event where you got beat by me in qualifying.
All caught up-regardless of whats under the hood, it wont matter if it doesnt make it 300 feet. Hope it does.

if u listen to the video u can here the clutch not releasing all the way so i just clutched it back in, it just wasnt gonna go in that gear cant do crap in the low gear. all last yr we had problem with the clutch not releasin till 100ft mark so were tryin a differnt clutch. Just frustrating when u mess with a ford bout to go back with prostock pullin tractors
