We've already got two, depending on the classes in 2010. Don't forget that sweet 06' street truck with the roll bar!

That's not a race truck. It's a grocery getting daily driver.

Are you going to make it to any races in 2010? Hopefully you can get that chip off your shoulder by doing so. Not sure why you have to constantly dig on a team that follows the class rules and competes at 90% of the races a year.

The Super street truck is not a street truck much at all, the 06 is. You can run against a like vehicle in AZ in March racing the 06.

AZ is 30 hrs away, i don't have a sponsor or a guy with money to back me to attend 90% of the races. i have nothing against you guys, it's awesome that you guys represent the diesel community well, i just don't like you guys (ken) rubbing it in our faces you guys have the money and time to bring several trucks to 90% of the races.

I'm trying to hype the event, that was the reason for stating we have a couple trucks coming. Not bragging.

I raced my street truck on my own money in a lot of the events in 09 when the race truck wasn't able. The money we won from Racing 09 is the travel money we have for 2010. We are not rich, and the funds are very tight for the 2010 season.

You're in Div. 6 correct? How many events did you race in your home div. in 09? I have more respect for posters when they come out from behind a keyboard and support our sport at the events.

I have spent money I couldn't have if I had a family to support, which I don't. I lost my wife 5 years ago to breast cancer and got back into drag racing to keep from going crazy. There are not that many people outside of the diesel performance business willing to invest the time and money to see what one of these dmax's is capable of. I got Rob and Nathan as partners due to their expertise and common desire to achieve the samething I wanted, but they have families to support as well.

Not sure where I've rubbed anything in anyone's face, and I certainly am not rich. Some of my comments are a bit arrogant and that is by design because I love to pick on the smoking mechanical injection Cummins guys, just because they freak out and go basic pretty quick. They are damn quick however but I love to tell them they are dinosaurs that will become extinct in the diesel drag racing world due to the common rail engines advancing and out performing them. They love to remind me it hasn't happened yet. They are correct, but their days are numbered.

As far as coming to Canada, we will be at the August Blackout for sure, but not Medicine Hat. We have committed to go to TS, Indy, Buck and Jess's race in North Carolina if it fits our east coast trip, Billings, Spokane, Boise, and a couple more if we can make them. Money is tight for everyone, including us, we do have some travel money from our winning this past year, but it won't cover all of it.

The 06 is was supposed to be my daily driver. I bought it to help a guy out that was in a financial bind, tried to sell it but no takers so decided to build the engine. Probably should have kept the money and put it in a true prostreet truck, but that's water under the bridge.

I totally agree that your family comes first, good for you and I hope it all worked out with your wife's pregnancy. I would like to see you at some races this coming year, Billings isn't that far for you is it? You should try to make that one or maybe the Spokane race?

As far as my comment on building another race truck, we have an 02 gmc single cab 2x4 I picked up cheap to build a prostreet truck. We don't have the money to finish it. If you would like to kick in a few bucks I'll gladly list you as one of your sponsors and put your name on the side of the truck. We are about 25K short.

Good luck to you guys in the upcoming season. The sport would grow more if the diesel comunity had more race teams that traveled like max'd out racing and ts's racing team. Good luck to all and enjoy yourselves.
