I paid $300 for a new .89 housing with HX40 flange welded on from Turbo Re-Source. And they put some kind of coating on it to boot, looked like it was sprayed on but so far it's holding up good and not discoloring (but my turbo hasn't been above 1100F).

I may look into it after I o-ring/new headgasket. I'm sure it'd help spool a ton. Mine being a 12V is a totally different animal unfortunate for me.

been a while since i posted after the dyno the trubo suffered an overspeen an insufficient oil failure been saving up for another turbo from fleece will be installing a larger oil feed line to the turbo. Funds have been tight lately with my clutch goin out a second time. Would like to hit the jackpot on the lotto sometimes
