Need help on an HT60 oil drain for twins

So Ill make it short and sweet. I was going to go the simple route and order the bung from source along with a couple feet of their silicone hose. Problem is they wanted 28 dollars for shipping for a 30 dollar order....for something I think still doesnt look that great.

Since I dont have the stock steel drain line anyway I just figured I might as well buy some AN fittings and line and build a drain that way out of -16. My issue is now that Ive thought my big bright idea through Im not sure how im going to connect to the turbo with the stainless line. Anyone else ever done this and have any ideas? And where is the best place to pick up the steel drain that comes right off the turbo?

Yes and no. First off the descriptions for what all these flanges "fit" is a little ambiguous. Do you know what size flange I actually need for an ht60? And if I end up going with one of those with a -10 AN fitting whats the best way to get it up to -16 hose Ill be using to drop into my pan? I have been told if you restrict these ht60s too much with the drain it will end up leaving a mess so I want to give her as much line as I can.

1.25 inches.. You only need -12 or so.. Those were generic things i googled real fast.. Does your secondary have the same size oil drain flange? Whatever size the big hole is in the drain you should be give with that in hose size..
Btw, that treadstone piece will fit the hx35/40 he351 turbos as well.. So i bet it would fit your 60...

yea its going on a 12 valve. -16 is 1 inch actually. 7/8s is a bastard size and you can get it in solid silicone high temp hose but not in any stainless hose that I can find...it would be -14. Ive been on here half the day looking and trying different things. I think I finally have it worked out so long as I can find a flange that will fit the turbo with a female -10. It seems thats the biggest they come in so im just going to reduce my hose to that from the -16 and run with it. Hell even amazon has the oil drain flanges Im just always leary of buying from these no name companies without knowing someone else has purchased from them before.

Thanks for all the help so far.

Here's mine... ht3b though pretty sure its the same as your ht60 got all ofthe

stuff to do mine through racepartsolutions.com used -12an for the 3b drain.

It cost quite a bit to do it this way but im very happy with the way it looks I

went the silicone hose route at first myself and didnt care for it at all. For

the drain i just got a weld on bung and tigged it to the stock nipple.
