Projector headlights

Has anyone put projector headlights in a Kw w900. I'm trying to put them in one and the headlight bucket is not deep enough. Just wondering if anyone has put any in and how the modified the headlight bucket.

I use a hole saw bit and drill out the center and then put a PVC cap on the back of the headlight housing, this gives you a few more inches of room.
