i was wondering if there is a size difference between the he341 and the he351? any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks

Yes.
341 Compressor Wheel: 54mm x 78mm or 56mm x 78mm


351 Compressor Wheel: 60mm x 86mm

The exhaust outlet cast elbow is different also
