Turbo size help

I’m want to replace the turbo on my daily driver. Truck is an early 04 and right now it’s just has bbi stage 1 injectors(30%). I’ve searched on here a lot but a lot of the info for smaller singles is for VP trucks. Horsepower goal is 600-650 and be decent towing 12klbs 3-4 times a year. It seems like the a 364.5sxe with the 73/.91 turbine side would work well but is there better options on a common rail with HP tuners?

Buddy of mine has a HTT t3 wastegated 66/70/13 with their stainless exhaust housing. Charger spooled stupid quick for its size.

He went to compounds, has around 5k miles on it, still like new. He'd sell it right if your interested.
