I'm on borrowed time. With stock diff's and driveshafts

I need some advise on what to do for driveshafts and the diffs for this thing. Stock diffs and driveshafts running 35's. Thinking of taking the lift out and going with smaller rims and tires. Hp is 1150+ torque is 1700+. I'm on borrowed time haha. I like replacing things before I break them.

I would let it ride until the first issue presents itself, most are fine on stock drivetrain at that power level. If you just like buying parts you can swap in some chromoly axle shafts and larger driveshafts, however the tcase is probably the first thing to come apart in a lifted 1100hp truck.

Agreed.

The AAM 11.5 is a tough axle.

You can go to bigger diameter steel driveshaft and go up a u joint series or two if you want.

The NV271/3 will grenade well before either of those parts.

let it ride. if you don't have a 1 piece shaft id do that. don't worry about the diffs. just keep up on the maintenance.
