I need something tighter than the 22cm currently on it. I believe the turbine wheel is a 77/86. It is a v-band clamp. I thought I read somewhere that s400 housings will clamp on them??

That appears to be the same size turbine as my K31. My 77/86 exhaust housing is coming from Woodruff since he didn't try to sell me a complete turbo like the rest of the companies I called. The housing he has available is a v-band CHRA connection if I understand it correctly.

I thought k31 housings bolted on like the s300 style.

They do. Machining bolt holes (which isn't needed for the s400) is a value-added service.

I didn't know that. So the K31 installs with a vband also?

K31 = bolted CRHA
S300 = bolted CRHA
S400 = vband
