Ive got an HE351VE out of my 2012 cummins im selling as a core. It made boost fine on my truck but the exhaust brake stopped working randomly. I did find that my back pressure sensor was broken but not sure if that was the problem so its going as a core. Asking 250 shipped. Can include manifold for an extra 50. 712-209-0787 can send pictures.
