Has there been anything more recently done with this? This article is what, 3 years old now? If memory serves correct, the SCT version didn't work, and it appears to be the hot ticket now. That and the newer vane count turbos are here as well. Any thoughts?

To my knowledge, no follow up has been done but SCT was used in the first shootout.
