Pull the spring out of the stock ORF and reuse the rest of it.

3/8" line is what I'm running for both returns
 
My ADII 165 never kept up like i needed it to even on my 12mm pump and a proper OFV, I went to a gear drive waterman style with Haisley high speed checks on the return and haven't looked back. My $.02
 
Can you run the speedy check with something like an a1000? I would love to use something mechanical but I can't find something that will last and pull from a sump
