Broken input shaft piece stuck in converter

I have one of your triple disk covnverters and my input shaft broke. The piece is still lodged in there and short of tapping it and using a slide hammer it will not come out. Is there a way I can send it in to you or take it to a local converter shop and have them do it? I'd really hate to buy a new converter.
