Kd tools

I I'm looking to buy a few torque wrenches (ft/lb & in/lb) and would like some opinions as to the quality of their tools. I have a friend that can get them considerably cheaper than I can get anything else. Thanks

How much? Precision Instruments is pretty cheap and quality.
