2X4 lift shackle

Does anyone know of a lift shackle for the rear suspension on a 94 dodge 2500? It's a 2X4 with a couple leafs removed. I wanted it lower and did a spring under. It sits to low now and like a dummy I don't really have a way to bring the height back up without to much trouble or starting over.

You'd have to do a shackle flip to gain height, or go to a shorter shackle if that's even possible. I know the off-road guys do the shackle flips for more articulation, don't think it would work well on a lowered 2wd.
