Diesel Innovations, Hellmann Performance and HotRodDiesels is sponsoring a race at Houston Raceway Park/Baytown this Friday night. For those newbie's we usually do this the 1st Friday of every month.

We will match up the 2 quickest/fastest to a winner takes all race. Red lights count. Heads up, no breakout, run what ya brung, and hope you brung enough. The rules are: The truck has to be a licensed and inspected streetable diesel truck. No trailer queens, they have to race MDW.

Of course, the best part is the winning truck gets to take home this trophy...Who's going to be the lucky guy/gal to take this home Friday night?

The final race will be about 9-10pm. Get there early so you can get some runs in. The entries will be based on timeslips from THAT day/night.

We've had some great winners since we've started this. For awhile it was a Cummins, then for a few months it's been a Duramax. This last month it was a Cummins again. Where are the Fords?? Who's going to take the win this month? Will it be a Cummins, Duramax, or possibly a Ford??

Even if you're not racing, it's still a good time talking trucks and listening to the 3 local shop owners talking trash with each other...and who knows they might throw out a tidbit or two that'll help you get your truck hooked up!

I finally have a friday night off we may ride out and see whats going on down there, unless we go riding in crosby friday night.
 
Kelly Bise is supposed to be bringing his ProStreet dually.

Not sure as it's never been down the track, that has been a work in progress.
We did the engine and trans a couple of years back and the suspension just got finished in time for Heat wave.
He is wanting to get in the 11's with it and has the pocket book to pull it off so should be an interesting truck to keep an eye on.
The guy has 10 different toys ranging from his black CC dually that will pretty much win any truck show he enters to his 1800hp twin turbo street camaro, with an assortment of vettes and a killer looking Mustang.
All are show quality builds, just have to get his attention on one build long enough to get it going fast.:doh:
 
I heard about that truck at heat wave from my buddy that entered. We didn't get his truck completed in time but still faired pretty well considering everything we didn't get finished. It was the Titos Vodka Dually and Bike if you saw it.
