Oil, fuel, and fuel return on drivers side of ppump???

I'm having a major clearance issue for the fuel return port on the engine in putting together. It's a ppump 24v with a tube style intake runner. Can I somehow put both the fuel feed and return on the left (drivers) side of the pump, and use the front port for one or the other? I also want to put the oil feed on the left also just to make life easier. Any input and pics would be absolutely appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I meant oil and fuel feed, as well as fuel return on the drivers side.

Fuel inlet and oil feed on drivers side of pump are no problem. Just need a restrictor fitting for the oil feed. As for the fuel return...

I guess I should have said, dual fuel feed, fuel return, and oil feed. Any pics??
