Primary upgrade question, BHT3B

Currently I have a 63/64/9 HE351 over a 76/76/26 BHT3B. I am looking to upgrade the primary. It looks like the easiest drop in upgrade is an HT4 turbo. I have a an 88mm HT4C that needs a rebuild and a compressor wheel but am having trouble finding parts.

Is it time to convert to a standard rotation turbo?
Does anyone sell parts for the HT4C still? I’ve read the rebuild kits for the HX80, HC5A HT80 might be the same but I can’t verify for sure.

I am looking for an 750-800hp capable setup.

Or keep on the lookout for an HT4 in better shape?

We can likely take care of that HT4C for you.
