This should tell you everything you want to know. They offered the HRVP for 900$+ 400$ core. As of right now.

II sells a Super High Output VP
Scheid sells a Lightning pump.

Both are great upgrades to a relatively stock truck, but if you already have timing, fueling, and injectors - run an SO pump.

As for the conversion, there should be a kit released soon for the 01-02 trucks. I should have a prototype in a week or two. It should cure the issues.

Mine idles like it should have when I had the stock pump on it. Nice and smooth. Just after I did my swap, my idle would get low and lope a bit. Just graze the throttle and bring it up a couple RPM, it would smooth out. Now I have the opposite issue with it high idling on its own. So there is something up with the pump, but it drives fine otherwise.

Whats this about the gauges not working on an 01-02 without a cam sensor? I just put the gear case and cam in mine last night since shied told me that the cam sensor bracket wouldnt work on my truck. I had planed on just blocking the tdc hole and geting an aftermarket tach. Does this thing have to have a cam signal to run the dash or just ther tach?

Yes the 01 and 02 have to have cam signal to run the dash, but the eng. light will be on.

They were not very specific as to why it wouldnt work, said I would have to have the gear case machined. Spoke to haisley and they said that the hole just needs to be reamed to one side to align the sensor with the tone ring and the bracket fits. Enterprise engine said to put the tone ring on the front of the gear and fab my own bracket, that requires milling the cam gear. After all that I just decided to run an aftermarket tach, but I want my dash and a/c to work. Think Ill call haisley monday and overnight it. Any ideas on another solution?
Ive been working on this for three weeks, only have 15 hours of actual work in it the rest of the time was waiting on the parts (like the bracket from schied that they said I couldnt use 7 days after I ordered it) kinda want my truck back.

Did the dyno thing yesterday. Ended up running 453hp and 912 torque. Combo is 215 pump, 10 plate full forward, 14.75 degrees timing, gutted AFC, Jammer 2 sticks, and a SPS62. No head gasket or studs yet (they are here waiting to be installed though), so kept the boost and timing conservative. Boost was around 43 psi. She was definitely over fueling for the air I was running. Once the head gets done, I'll crank the boost and bump the timing.

Yeah make that "3" and please Define "kit". There is no info about it on your site and this is the first ive heard of II having them. Do you only sell the "kit" or are pieces available separate if needed?

I own a p-pump 24v it's a daily driver I tow and do pretty much whatever I want with it. The sawp isn't all that bad however if you don't use a kit from Scheid or someone than the bugs you have to work out can get pretty aggrivating, all and all if you want mechanical performance and reliabliity this is the way to go in my opinion.

I've got a list of all the parts and available part numbers from the Schied kit if anyone wants it.
