wiper park and delay - Competition Diesel.Com

The park and delay function on my 02 wipers quit. I've replaced the control on the column and the wiper motor with new ones and still won't work. Is there something else that has some control of these functions?

Wipers are controlled by the CTM (Central Timer Module).
