What is it???

I am being offered a Garrett Turbocharger. I know nothing about Garretts...here is what I know...

He said it is a T65 and that it is .70AR???Other than this I don't know much! Can somebody help me out??? How big is it? What would it fit?

Junk, the compressor wheel is damaged. Look at the chunks missing on the edges of the wheel.
