Ok- ford with and 03 cummins swap- has twins and all that fun stuff-

What is needed to be done to swap to an 06 ECM so we can tune it with EFI Live?

Thanks for the help- looking to have it done for the Desert Nationals in AZ for March

I'll let you know shortly, I've got an 06 ECM and harness that I'm putting in mine shortly. I'm going to try and re-pin my 03 harness before I hack into the 06. I don't see any reason to swap them out. I'll keep you posted.

It would be nice if 06-07 ecm little EFI live tuning change scaler to turn off the SKIM system,fords turning off PATS is as simple as enable or disable it makes engine swaps and ecu changes much easier in racing applications. I hope to get an answer from EFI on this soon.

SKIM key is an easy on/off function in EFI as well. Should not be a problem to do a swap. Can even change the OS to a manual code as well.

So, would it work the same on 03/04s as well? Just swap the harnesses and ECM? The rest can be done in EFI?
